Is my organisation’s demonstration visible to others?
No. Each prospective client organisation gets its own copy of the fictional company. Our automated tests check that one copy cannot read another’s records.
Can I use real employee data?
Not in the demonstration or pilot. Please use only the fictional data provided.
Does it include payroll?
No. WebWizWorld HRMS covers HR records, leave, self-service and administration; payroll is not part of it.
Is WebWizWorld HRMS certified?
Not yet. It has not undergone independent security certification, and we do not claim certification or statutory compliance.
How long does demonstration access last?
Normally 14 days from your invitation. Ask us if you need longer.
When will the application open?
No general launch date has been set. Pilot dates are agreed with each participating organisation.
How do I join the pilot?
Apply through the form on webwizworldhr.com. Places are limited and each application is reviewed.
