What WebWizWorld HRMS is, how to get into the demonstration, and how to find your way around.
What is WebWizWorld HRMS?
WebWizWorld HRMS is a web-based human resource management system. It keeps employee records, organisational structure, leave and employee documents in one place, and gives HR teams, supervisors and employees each the access they need.
It runs in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Payroll is not part of the product.
Accessing the demonstration
- Request access on webwizworldhr.com. We review every request.
- You receive a personal invitation link from our team. The link expires after a limited time.
- Open the link, enter your name and choose your own password.
- Sign in at demo.webwizworldhr.com with your email address and that password.
Your organisation gets its own copy of a fictional company, which other prospects cannot see. Access ends automatically after the evaluation period (normally 14 days); ask us if you need longer.
We never send passwords by email or chat. If someone asks you for your password, do not share it.
Understanding user roles
Each account has a role. What you can see and do depends on it, and the server enforces it — hiding a button is not the only protection.
- HR administrator — employee records, structure, leave set-up and approvals, users and roles, audit log.
- Supervisor — their own department or team only: team records, leave approvals.
- Employee — their own record, documents and leave.
- Auditor — read-only review, including the audit log.
Navigating the dashboard
After signing in you land on the Dashboard. The menu on the left is grouped into Overview, Workforce, HR services, Talent and Administration; you only see the items your role allows.
On a phone, open the menu with the button at the top left. A bar at the bottom gives quick links to Home, Leave and Me.
A blue banner at the top of every page reminds you that the demonstration uses fictional data.
Signing out
- Select your name or initials at the top right of the screen.
- Choose Log out.
For your security you are also signed out automatically after a period of inactivity (see Session expiration).
