Pilot programme

What the pilot is for, how synthetic data works, and what we ask of participants.

Pilot objectives

The pilot lets a small number of organisations evaluate WebWizWorld HRMS in realistic scenarios, so we can confirm it fits their HR processes and fix what does not before wider release.

Synthetic-data explanation

Everything in the demonstration and pilot is invented: people, departments, leave requests and documents. Email addresses use a reserved test domain that cannot receive mail. Please do not enter real information about employees or anyone else.

Using live data would need a separate written agreement and is not part of the pilot.

Participant responsibilities

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself; do not share accounts.
  • Use only fictional information.
  • Work through the agreed scenarios and tell us what worked and what did not.
  • Report anything that looks like a security problem straight away.

Feedback submission

Use Give feedback in the demonstration banner. You can rate ease of use, usefulness and overall experience, tell us what is missing, and say whether you would join a formal pilot. Contact details are optional and kept only if you allow us to contact you.

Known limitations

  • Attendance with location checks, rosters, HR cases, recruitment and performance are shown in guided sessions rather than in the self-service demonstration.
  • Learning and development is Not yet available.
  • AI-assisted CV reading is switched off.
  • Automatic emails may be off; invitations can come personally from our team.
  • Payroll is not part of WebWizWorld HRMS.

Support and escalation

Contact the person who invited you, by replying to their email; we aim to reply within one working day. Security concerns are handled first: we can suspend access immediately while we investigate.
